My experience with backdrop source has been outstanding. There was a mistake on one of the prints I ordered, and Customer Service was quick to help me out and get it resent to me correctly. I highly recommend them for high-quality prints.
I uploaded my fully designed backdrop at 100% size. I got back a digital proof and didn’t realize it couldn’t be taller than 5’ without a seam. I had the location of the seam adjusted differently than where it was in the first proof, which they did perfectly. The finished product was very high quality and looks great. It didn’t work well for backlit though, the fabric was too thin, looked washed out and you could see through it from the front when backlit. However, it still looked great and vibrant without backlighting.
Great experience from order to fruition. Jennifer and team were extremely helpful. They provided a solution that worked for us, suggestions in areas of uncertainty and delivered a product we can be proud of. I also love the promotional calendar I received that shows different materials for future projects. Thanks!
