Best swimsuit ever!

Best swimsuit ever! I won't buy others ever again. It shapes you, holds it all in, the bottoms actually cover most of your bum! Nothing moves. I got the Brigitte. So many ways to style and mix patterns/colours. I bought a matching sarong and love it, there's a lot of material I have a bust of 110cm and got a size 14 and hips are 115cm and I also got a size 14. Initially, I bought a size 16 in top and bottom but both were too large, so I recommend sizing down from your measurements in the size guide chart. Love it, buy it, you won't regret!

This swimsuit is the most unflattering thing I’ve ever put in my body. Accentuates all the negatives. They refuse to give refunds only store credit and you have to pay shipping. Believe none of the hype!!!!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling! Followed their measuring guidelines and ordered bathers accordingly. When they arrived they were far too small but the advise was ‘have faith, they stretch’… I kept them on (over my undies) for a bit but there was zero give in the fabric. So I decided to return the items (they did suggest I send photos of myself wearing them so they could advise me better on size - I am NOT sending photos of myself in I’ll fitting bathers to anyone!!). only to discover they don’t refund only credit. After paying $40 postage and expecting a store credit they emailed me to say they won’t be crediting because the items have been worn and damaged and if I want them back I have to pay an additional $15 postage!!! Absolutely shocking service. Complete rip off. I will be reporting them to the ACCC - this company is a con. Do NOT buy from them….

I ordered a Baiia three piece suit for…

I ordered a Baiia three piece suit for something to fit my unique shape. I did have an issue with the size of the leg holes but with the help of the great customer service I was given financial support for a custom tailoring. I highly recommend. The quality is wonderful and very slimming.

Read before buying

Customer service did not accept nor care that the swimsuits I ordered were too small. I blatantly informed them that the fabric was restricting and it had a negative impact on my breathing. I do not think they understood the message and my concern. In addition, I found fabric too thick and it rolls. Feels similar to wearing smooth scuba gear, which, in my opinion is not comfortable or breathable. Lacks support for larger busted women and flattens breasts. Fabrics and patterns are not all it is cracked up to be and the items photograph much better than they appear in person. More importantly, they pushed videos and written communications about how their swimsuits feel and are cut. I don’t know about everyone else, but when I buy any garment, it needs to fit. I don’t buy anything and wait for it to expand in order for it to fit. Doesn’t seem like a solid cut or nicely tailored swimsuit if it doesn’t fit. Customer Service experience is through email communication only, which is not focused on a positive customer care experience. If swimsuit does not fit, they will tell you to take to an alterations service or return for store credit only. Shopping for anything shouldn’t be this challenging, nor should a return, especially if the customer isn’t happy. A long time ago, I worked at a high end retailer, and their policy was that the customer is always right. They worked with the customer to ensure an over positive customer care experience from beginning to end. I realize Baiia is not a large retailer, however, it might be good practice if they consider their return policy, lack of customer service communications options.

Buying from another country

I ordered a bathing suit after seeing the advertisement on Facebook. After paying a custom fee of $35 to get it in the country, the bottom of my bathing suit was too large. The companies policy is if you return it you pay for shipping and it will only be a credit. today I went to return it, but the UPS clerk advised me that returning would cost me over $100 so before ordering some thing from another country, read all the fine line. Otherwise, you will get stuck with a bottom that doesn’t fit!

How does this swimsuit get so many good…

How does this swimsuit get so many good reviews? It's the most uncomfortable, ill fitting thing. The double fabric makes it difficult to get on, and you have three pieces to wrestle with. Get a little wet/humid/sweaty, it's a battle. Bigger bodies, you probably struggle to get in a suit at the best of times, this thing is not your friend. Lounging by the pool? Forget it. It's rolling up under your breasts and rolling down to your tummy. Sizing? So tight I can't breathe yet there is a sag in my bum, no coverage on my genital area and my breasts fall out. Returns? Only for credit. DO NOT DO IT
