I am absolutely thrilled with my new swimsuit. I proudly wore it on Hastings Beach in Noosa for the month of January (2023) for my holiday and it felt and looked amazing. I didn't find the fit that difficult to get used to ( the tightness), probably the only thing I struggled with and this is due to the humidly, that trying to take off the top was a challenge, but otherwise, totally happy and looking forward to when I can purchase another design. The swimsuit quality is unlike any thing I have ever purchased, and felt as though I was in exclusive Italian labelled swimwear. Thanks Baiia for creating real swimwear for real women.
Warning!!! These people do not offer refunds!! (And then charge you for return postage??) The swimmers were ok but not what I was looking for. Assumed like every other online purchase that a refund would be easy and free only to find out they only offer store credits. Customer service was non existent. Didn’t listen to anything I said just kept sending emails saying the same thing and offering to do a size consultation. Then told me they had ‘exhausted all resources’. These people are gangsters!
I was excited to try these bathers from all the hype I’d seen online. Saved up as they are premium. Filled out the algorithm on their website to get the recommended size, and followed their fitting video to a tee when they arrived. Instructions explicitly state the bathers will be very tight, and even that some snapping may be heard and not to worry, so I persisted in trying on the top which was in reality just too small. I was careful, wearing no jewellery or make up. After an hour of not being able to breathe and my breast popping out, I decided to return them. Baiia are now claiming I damaged their bathers and are refusing to give me a store credit. There is phone number to call, only email, and they won’t budge. Replies are insultingly insincere, ending in “Warmest, x” every time. I honestly feel robbed and feel like I have no recourse 💔
