Baiia have gone above and beyond to look after their customers after an unfortunate break in at their warehouse caused loss of stock and delays. I can't wait to receive my cossie and rock it this summer :)

Definitely not what you would expect…

Definitely not what you would expect when buying swimwear....but in a very very good way. I love my bikini and will definitely be buying more in the future to get the the new looks with the old bikini.

Very bad design and fit

Very bad design and fit. Too small and too large at the same time. Very unflattering saggy around the bum. Inside layer shows through and is difficult to adjust. Tops have no support and so the models usually are shown wearing a bra underneath. Won't give refunds.

Recently received my Sangria bikini

Awful Customer Service & Puzzling Design

As many other customers have mentioned. Their returns policy is archaic and absolutely horrendous - you pay to return items $10 a pop and they won't issue a refund under any circumstances. Credit offered - but hard to find anything else as they only offer one style of swimwear and over priced sarongs made in China. Costume itself if like a jigsaw puzzle - a one piece comes in three pieces, a bikini in four (with an extra ribbon thrown in). Takes a lot of effort to style it as shown. Take it on and off is annoying as well.Multiple emails from the company claiming they understand disappointment but won't budge. And they would prefer to encourage customers to report them to the Department of Fair Trading or the ACCC - and to resolve the matter directly with them rather than please a customer. Agree with others, there are many other online swimwear stores which value their customers. Please shop with them.
