The integration claims to support historical order sync, but in reality, it doesn't work as advertised, leading to a dysfunctional integration for professional use. The customer service has been dismissive, lacking professionalism and accountability. They seem indifferent to new users with smaller accounts. Furthermore, concerning data protection, the platform holds sensitive credentials without proper assurance of their handling or deletion. Until they improve their technical integrity and communication, I advise caution before sharing any sensitive business data.
Frustration with customer support and problem resolution. Objectively, the service might be adequate, but when issues arise, expect endless deflection and no willingness to resolve them. Repeated inquiries often go unanswered, leading to a lack of communication and excuses instead of solutions. Unfortunately, this reflects a completely unprofessional approach.
