Shocking lack of competence or service. After months and months of chasing for a missing part I am left with a useless shower screen and "we can't help you". They seemingly don't care about their reputation or my predicament. Please avoid you'll be glad you did.
Shocking lack of competence or service. After months and months of chasing for a missing part I am left with a useless shower screen and "we can't help you". They seemingly don't care about their reputation or my predicament. Please avoid you'll be glad you did.
Ordered on 20th June corner unit and basin, taps and toilet unit.. received toilet pan but no cistern, basin/corner unit and taps 2 weeks later when website promised 5 days! I have a baby due and my main bathroom is now out of order.. the basin does not fit flush to the corner unit and is faulty, apparently I have to pay to send this back as I don’t want it (not a case of me not wanting it, simple case of it won’t fit to the wall) they finally agreed to pick this up when they delivered this missing parts of the toilet unit.. today 21st July, cistern arrived by Royal Mail, still no toilet lid and no one has been in touch about collecting the faulty sink unit!!! I can’t afford to source another unit without this one being pixked up first... will keep you posted on how this turn around out but I’m thinking I will be going through the small claims court to get my cash back
