I purchased a Hudson Reed vanity unit with basin. Product arrived about 2 weeks later but was missing the basin. I was told the basins were no longer available and offered a £10 refund (which is insulting as the vanity unit alone would have cost me much less). Appointment was made for a collection, which was cancelled at late notice. I eventually received a refund after several weeks.
Shocking service by Bathrooms4less and they courier company (E-Logostix).Ordered new basin and toilet furniture last week - was advised delivery today by 11AM - 22/01/26.I have spent all day chasing both companies and still no delivery at 4.40pm I now have no toilet facilities with a young family for the next 24hrs and now delivery will now be Friday 23/01/26.Both companies now not answering my telephone calls - shocking behavior!! I've now lost 2 days work and double plumber costs for today and tomorrow.I would NOT recommend Bathrooms4less to anyone looking to purchase any goods from this company.
Good delivery And good communication with company. Did not realise it was a flat pack.i thought chipboard was out of use now days mdf would have been better instructions was rubbish.at least they numbered the boards.have not put it together yet but try at weekend
