the instrutions are wrong on the first picture it said do this and the numbers were in the wrong order that was the first mistake the when I was putting the draw runners on the markings for the runners were in the wrong place so I had to adjust so that I could finish the job
If I could give minus ten stars I would - Dreadful customer service dreadful attitude when cabinet arrived very bashed dented and clearly faulted - They had the nerve to offer me £5.00 discount to keep the dented cabinet, the nerve of these people I declined and requested a new cabinet they had the cheek to then offer me £10.00 discount. This went on until I contacted B & Q who sell these goods on behalf of this company who then agreed to send me a new parcel - The courier company they use have are also a disgrace they have messed me around time after time not delivering the replacement parcel when arranged and ringing up while I was at work demanding I go home to accept delivery this is NOT acceptable behaviour the delivery man is very rude he has not delivered parcel as promised today that is one more day loss earning - so thats one day off work with no pay and he refuses to tell me when he will deliver my long overdue parcel I paid £150.00 for Beware of this happening to you - B & Q should cease trading with them they are an absolute shambles and a total disgrace

Had a problem with a 3 month old towel rail radiator bought from them through Ebay.Their customer service is second to none. Polite, helpful, no delays or quibbles.They took my circumstances into account (we are elderly and my wife is disabled) and made the whole process simple and quick. Full marks to these nice people
