Just don't use them. Simple. Forget the lower prices. Forget that it says "in stock". It's not. They don't hold stock. They are a reseller, which is why there are so many complaints about people not receiving their products for months if ever. Emails will go unanswered, if you phone you get some random guy who doesn't use the company name. Super dodgy. This is why I pay with PAYPAL. If there's a supply issue, I can raise a dispute and get refunded. Give Bathroom Hub Online a BIG MISS. Plenty of other reputable suppliers out there that work hard for their customers.

Took two weeks for them to dispatch even though items were in stock, now months later says order has been fulfilled, have called multiple times they say they’ve sent for delivery but got mixed up and ended up in a different state, still haven’t received tapware has delayed my reno big time.
Don’t buy from this company. Fraudulent with tax application under Australian consumer law. The listed price should include tax but its added on as additional cost at sale. They send you links to sites that don’t work for transport view your order. It looks like we’ve done our money. If you want to risk it good luck.
I ordered some BN Floor wastes. Simple off the shelf items. The website did not say anything about being out of stock. I have now been waiting for almost a month. I chased them up 1.5 weeks ago and they promised I would have them in a few days but there has been no shipping confirmation and I still have not received anything. The staff were unapologetic. This is holding up progress on my building site. I certainly would not order through them again.
In May 2024, I purchased several items from your store, including three “Geberit Sigma 8 In-Wall Siren Rimless Toilet Suites with ABS Buttons.”When the bathrooms were ready for fit-off, we noticed the buttons were missing. I contacted your team on 11 November 2024, confirmed the button type, and was advised that an additional $225 payment was required. Although the project was not yet at finalisation, I proceeded with payment.Since then, I have followed up regularly—approximately once a month. Each time, I was informed that the items were on their way. This occurred again on 8 July and 2 September, when I was told to expect delivery within three weeks on both occasions.I called again on Friday and was advised that I would receive a callback on Monday. This did not occur, so I followed up today and was informed that the product I paid for was unavailable, but that a substitute could be shipped instead.To be clear, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and professional. However, it appears there are issues with your order-tracking or logistics systems. Unfortunately, this experience has caused significant inconvenience and will influence our decision to use your business in future projects.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as resolving these logistical challenges could greatly improve your operations and customer satisfaction.
2 unanswered emails, 4 phone calls and 4 weeks waiting for an order that never arrived. Told it was on its way but they 'couldn't find it' When I asked how they could lose a bathroom vanity they said it was in a large container somewhere?!! Absolute waste of time. Wish I could give them -10 for complete lack of service.
My tracking link didn't work so I googled the company and read a couple of very salty reviews. I wrote them an admittedly slightly snarky email saying I'd heard they don't respond to emails and I was surprised to get a response immediately telling me my order would arrive in 3 days. I just unpacked it and It's exactly what I needed. I'm stoked and my bath tap cost literally half what I was going to have to pay elsewhere. Very happy with the product, speed of delivery and the customer service.
Absolutely terrible, do NOT purchase from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly 4 weeks and I still haven’t got my order. Haven’t even got a tracking number despite 7 emails and 1 phone call with an unprofessional employee who had no idea what he was doing. Extremely frustrated and will not be purchasing from them again.
We recently renovated our bathrooms and we purchased everything from Bathroom Hub. Best Service Ever. I live in Country NSW and my goods were delivered in 3 days. Should I mention that their freight charges are extremely low compared to other companies. They sell high quality products at a fraction of the cost. Very Happy with the quality of their goods and brilliant Service
