Unfortunately I just cannot recommend this company. I’m really disappointed to have to write this review but I have no choice since they tried to convince me their policy is not to refund damaged items unless you make a claim within 48 hours. Who knows how many people have been caught out by this? In accordance with the LAW (which you can’t override) you have 30 days to ask for a replacement product or a refund. After a battle they accepted they had to replace the items as I had only had them about 2.5 weeks but didn’t take away the broken items. The sink wasn’t even packaged with anything protective, no wonder it was broken! I’m very concerned how many people don’t know their consumer rights and have been caught out by their made up 48 hour policy. Just not acceptable in this day and age
Zara N provided me with fantastic customer service after I received a damaged toilet cistern. This has been replaced swiftly and I can now continue with my installation seamlessly.
I ordered my whole bathroom from Bathroom Mountain. I can not praise enough the quality of the whole bathroom. My bathroom looks like something out of a posh hotel… everything was perfect from the walk in shower to the vanity cabinet, mirror… love it

I had a missing item from my delivery at Tile Mountain after much confusion from the couriers Clinton at Tile Mountain resolved the issue with no fuss and in all time scales he had informed, even ringing back as promised the following morning to update and rebook delivery. What a gent and a credit to your team, cannot thank him enough.
We had been doing a significant build and needed whole bathroom fittings x2, alongside tiles and laminating flooring. As a result we needed to make multiple trips.

Rang customer service before ordering a shower enclosure and shower, they were extremely helpful in giving me the advice I needed. Gave me a £10 discount and organised a Saturday delivery. We’re currently renovating our home and purchased our en-suite and cloakroom bathroom from Bathroom Mountain. The quality of the products and the level of customer service have been excellent. Minal and Waleed were especially helpful and supportive throughout the process. We’ll definitely be using Bathroom Mountain again for our family bathroom and would highly recommend them.
The worst company ever dealt with . Need to return items the customer service is terrible . The first time I called she told me to take pictures of the unopened boxes and send them back to see if I qualify for a return . The toilet pipe was wrong so have to return it.
Then I have to order my own courier organise my own pallets for collection … it’s so stressful . Next I go to a high street retailer who I can just speak to . Never again .
