Unfortunately I just cannot recommend this company. I’m really disappointed to have to write this review but I have no choice since they tried to convince me their policy is not to refund damaged items unless you make a claim within 48 hours. Who knows how many people have been caught out by this? In accordance with the LAW (which you can’t override) you have 30 days to ask for a replacement product or a refund. After a battle they accepted they had to replace the items as I had only had them about 2.5 weeks but didn’t take away the broken items. The sink wasn’t even packaged with anything protective, no wonder it was broken! I’m very concerned how many people don’t know their consumer rights and have been caught out by their made up 48 hour policy. Just not acceptable in this day and age

The team there, especially Tony, Lauren, Royston, Jebby and Jake were just superb!

The worst company ever dealt with . Need to return items the customer service is terrible . The first time I called she told me to take pictures of the unopened boxes and send them back to see if I qualify for a return . The toilet pipe was wrong so have to return it.
Then I have to order my own courier organise my own pallets for collection … it’s so stressful . Next I go to a high street retailer who I can just speak to . Never again .
