This company is a complete scam. I bought a battery from the seller, and it failed after just 6 months. They claimed it had a 5-year warranty but made excuses to avoid honoring it after I returned it for testing. They said it discharged too much, but I had just taken a long drive the day before. My alternator is fine; I had it checked at a local service center. I replaced it with a new battery and have faced no issues since. I've lost over £90 because of this. I wouldn't buy a battery online again; dealing with problems is too much trouble.

Not very helpful. I received some information, but it was incomplete and spread out over several emails sent on different days. It's taken more than 5 days and there's still no solution. I'm surprised the company doesn't accept third-party reports. The battery is only about a year old, and now I've been informed they only accept specific reports from a local service center, but I haven't been told which one. I'm left with a car that won't start. The customer service from this company has been disappointing.
I came to my truck after it had been parked for a few days, and nothing worked. I took off the batteries to charge them; only one was functional. I returned the 4-month-old battery that wasn't holding a charge, and after 5 days, they managed to get it to hold a charge but couldn't guarantee it would hold voltage under load. They then claimed there was no warranty because the vehicle caused the issue. I would not return.
Stay away from this company. I don't know where they source their batteries, but I've heard they're from unreliable manufacturers. The so-called new battery needed charging upon arrival and wouldn't start the engine, even though it was claimed to be fully charged. Attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It's better to pay a bit more for peace of mind.
I wish I had read reviews before placing my order. I ordered two batteries for equipment that were listed as in stock but didn't receive an order confirmation or tracking info. When I contacted the company, they informed me that one of the batteries was out of stock but didn't specify which one. What was supposed to be an urgent order had to be reordered from another seller, and I've had to involve a payment service to recover my money.
I phoned up to ask about a battery for my car and the lady was very helpful and answered all my questions. I then felt really positive about buying a battery and the lady sorted it all out for me. My battery arrived well packaged and on time and fitted perfectly. The price was a lot lower than the shops and I got a 5 year guarantee too, excellent service I honestly recommend battery group.
