Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. If you need to talk to customer service there’s never anyone available to talk to and don’t expect a call back. I’ve been trying to get a refund for almost a month now.

Buy any other controller

Company sucks don’t buy a battle beaver, better off with Sony edge or a scuf compared to this dogpoo service, customer support sucks “matt” tos sucks.

Do not buy!

Do not buy!! I purchased a controller from Battle Beaver and after a year both thumbsticks broke, I had to pay over £100 to get them both replaced. The thumbsticks are now having severe stickdrift after 4 months of being replaced. Battle Beaver customer service have been the most unhelpful people, stating I’d have to pay once again to have them replaced! Do not buy from here!!!

If you’re locking for a better alternative to this crappy business look into nagashock. Their customer service is absolutely on point and they have many customer friendly policies to help. Had such a terrible experience with battle beaver I searched far and wide and these guys are it.

Stick drift

After a couple months of use the right analog stick started to drift, making it unusable. There is a very limited warranty and a long waiting queue. Also you have to pay shipment yourself. I didnt buy any modification for the analog sticks, so i assume they use a bad batch of DS4's (because its cheaper for them ofc) to 'modify' and then sell it.

My friend and I both bought a BB…

My friend and I both bought a BB controller and waited 18 weeks (with the expedited fee) only to have BOTH of our controllers stop working in a week. I was so frustrated I didn’t even want to deal with returning.

controller never arrived and they take NO accountability

Second 350$ controller I’ve purchase first one had a back button stop inputting within 6 months and the second one arrived at the wrong house. Ups confirmed all this with them and ups said they would be sending them a check. Battle beaver refuses to give me a return “until a check arrives” and won’t even remake my 350$ controller. all contact has stop from their side. There has been no update.. nothing. Won’t purchase anything from them again! 9-26-2023 will be a year since order was placed!! They have no accountability as a company

Would rate zero if I could

Would rate zero if I could. $400 controller started drifting after 4 months, no warranty, shipped me defective parts, charged me a fortune to ship it to Canada, haven't heard from them yet, but definitely not expecting them to do anything. That seems to be their style. Save your money buy 5 normal ps5 controllers and you'll be way happier, and also get a year warranty with each one.
