I am writing this review as a last resort after exhausting all private support channels.
My account (UID: 41954289) has been restricted from betting and withdrawing following a failed KYC verification attempt. The system states "No more verification attempts available" and Live Support has informed me they cannot offer a reset. I have a balance in my wallet that I am unable to access.
I am fully willing to complete verification with any document required. I am simply requesting a one-time manual reset of the KYC portal so I can submit the correct documents and withdraw my funds.
I have already emailed Recovery and spoken to Live Chat multiple times with no resolution. I hope the BC.Game Trustpilot team can escalate this internally.

I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment with BC.GAME. I am a Gold II player with a verified total wagered volume of $1,059,882.93 (One Million, Fifty- Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eighty-Two Dollars).
Despite being a high-roller and showing consistent loyalty, the platform offers zero VIP recognition or manual rewards. Their support team provides nothing but repetitive, automated scripts, refusing to escalate my case to a manager. They claim the VIP system is "invite- only," yet they ignore a player who has wagered over a million dollars.
I have saved all screenshots of my interactions with your support team and my profile statistics as concrete evidence of this neglect. I am ready to share them with the public if this is not resolved immediately
I demand a manual review of my account and the loyalty bonus I deserve based on my turnover. I expect action, not more scripted apologies

I recently faced an issue with my deposit on BC.Game.I deposited ₹10,000 on 3rd April via Paytm (UPI), but the amount was not credited immediately, which was quite stressful and concerning.However, after contacting support, the team stayed in touch with me and eventually resolved the issue. The amount has now been successfully credited to my account.I appreciate the support provided, but I hope the platform improves its deposit processing time to avoid such delays in the future.Overall, a good experience after resolution.
What an incredible support on X martin... 90 percent of my older orders resolved by him... Thanks bc game..You people are really customer centric.. The only support i wish if u could give will be a bit of compensation for my 2 bank accounts frozen followed by your merchant claim... i know u have not done anything wrong. Just want to tell you we trust you not merchants... So i would really apprecaite if any compensation for my loss because of your merchants claim...
