I purchased an esim in Morocco and it worked perfectly. A few weeks later I tried to use it in the Isle of Man. The eSim tried to link to Sure but would not link to Manx. I contacted customer support who were fabulous. Firstly they checked my phone setting were good, then they checked with the network provider. Still didnt work but they continued with their investigation and found a problem with the configuration on the network which solved the issue and gave me great coverage. Hats off to them for not giving up and resolving the issue. Great customer service! Next stop for eSim will be Turkey and then China. Happy customer here 😀
I suscribed to Bcengi before a trio to Malta. It did not work. I contacted their (very heloful) customer service and they spent a lot of time instructing me to alter the settings on my phone. None of their suggestions was effective. The best I got was a couple of minutes connection and then nothing.
I had wonderful experience with the team support from Aliaksandra and Asya when I met with difficulties on my phone when I was trying to activate the Esim. Every request I made was immediately attended to without fail.I like to extend my appreciation to them for their patience and excellent support given.
That was my first experience with esim and I really liked how it is arranged in Bcengi, especially that I can have permanent esim that is charged only whenever used. Once I had a problem with a transfer of esim to another phone and Aliaksandra from customer service was very efficient in fixing the issue.
