Did some research on eSims for travel and after trying the one Sim per country method decided to try bcengi for easy of only having one eSim installed and the fact that it did not expire (plus it was usage based)! Did have an installation issue which told me my iPhone was not comparable with the new eSim. Texted customer service with a refund request. Aysa was brilliant in response time and information. She was back to me immediately and asked to re-try installation again which worked! Activation cost less than $0.01c in my home country. I await its use while away. Keep you posted on how I fare!
After experiencing some difficulty with phone settings and losing my connection with Bcengi, I made contact through the chat facility on their website. I have to say, Aliaksandra and Sergei were very patient and very helpful and they had me reconnected in no time with full explanation including you tube videos and articles of use. Transpired I somehow deactivated the eSIM! Doh!! 🙄😳 Thanks Guys I’m liking the service!! John and Louise
I liked the premise of the product, so I bought and downloaded an esim. Unfortunately the esim did not work as expected. I contacted the company using their website, and over a period of 24 hours (this was my fault - I was travelling and only intermittently available) a series of their helpful staff tried to help me, in a professional manner. Eventually they sent me a new esim, which worked as expected
I have just heard about Bcengi. I asked them, by emails, some questions in order to clarify some points about using their e-Sim, and was surprised by their very fast and clear responses to each inquiry.Their charging program, which prevents loosing for unused days, is very attractive.Their prices per GB seems also to be attractive.Aliaksandra who had replied to all my emails was very helpful. So I intend to try it after I will finish the balance that I still have on another e-Sim company.
I contacted support via email to clarify charging methodology while traveling through multiple countries. The response was fast and the reply was detailed, requiring no need for any follow up queries. I am very impressed with the services, and has convinced me that bcengi eSIM is going to give me excellent service in my future trips.
