Within just 7 days, the company not only resolved my concerns but also made substantial improvements to their website and procedures.It's reassuring to see the company actively listening and responding to feedback so promptly.My original post:This is a great idea, and I like the idea of just having the eSIM sitting there filled with data, ready to go.What I don't like is the company's ethos, automatically setting my purchase to auto-renew. Although allowing you to turn auto-renew off, you cannot remove your card from your account.
