The company will not help if there is an issue with the products like the one I had. I have been a loyal customer for many years and only once had a problem with their products. I felt the product I purchased had changed drastically from the original product that I ordered and the company wants me to pay shipping back. They have a tendency to alter scent profiles without informing anyone so you can end up with something that either was a mistake in production or just an arbitrary alteration.If you don't like the result, believe me, they do not care at all. Customer retention is clearly not a concern for them.Too big to care, maybe?
Very dissapointed. Ive been ordering from zum since the late 90's. Im a big fan of the the frankincense myrrh laundry soap. Well, WAS. Until it started staining and ruining my expensive linen sheets and my clothes.Ive found multiple reviews on tiktok and reddit as well. Company offered absolutely no help so im trying to spread the word to help others not destroy $300 sheets.
Awesome company based in KC, MO, where we used to live and became familiar with their delic smelling products. They offer AMAZING oils, soaps, candles, etc. Their Frankincense Zum oil is our all-time, absolute favorite. (Not just from their brand, but from ANY brand on the planet! :)
