Takes Credits without delivering Video. I produced a Video with my music. Beatviz took the Credits. Next day tried to work on the Draft. It had disapeared so had the CREDITS. Trying to contact support. Support reimbursed the credits. The Uploaded character for the video is being inconsistently in the segments. Every correction cost you up to 110 credits and turns out to be worst than before.
