The products come carefully and beautifully wrapped in pretty tissue paper. Included is a card with a link to tutorials and/ or questions. I had submitted a question about a product and received a prompt reply and a replacement. I love their Frida lipgloss and their I-Lift LONGWEAR eyeliner. This will be my new source for ordering makeup products from now on.
Katie and her team at beautyandtheboutique are amazing. I couldn’t decide on the right foundation and shade. After emailing and sending a photo they got back to me straight away and it was a Sunday - they were able to let me know which one was the right one for me. Their make up tips and videos of how to use their make up is also brilliant. I would recommend them to anybody

They are gorgeous, funny, honest and so entertaining to watch. The company on the other hand showed some incredible customer service that shocked me. They went above and beyond to assist me. I came across the website by chance as it appeared on my instagram. I loved how simple the tutorial was and the tangible effects I could see on Katie. I ordered few products to be shipped to UAE and they arrived in a very cute packaging with a personal message and tips on how to use them. Since then I have reordered and reordered again. The products are of great quality, deliver the results as explained by Katie in the tutorial and I must say they have the best customer service I have ever seen. Give them a try - they are absolutely phenomenal!
Beauty and the Boutique……I’ve been gathering fabulous make-up tips and make-up from this unique little company for quite a few years now. A few weeks I discovered Beauty and the Boutique on Facebook and was immediately hooked by the relaxed informative videos - no hard sell just friendly practical advice. I purchase the lash bundle, the lip balm trio, the photography fluid tan and the Under Wear Future Resist Foundation Primer. The products came package beautifully and i can honestly say they have delivered exactly as Katy demonstrated.
