I bought Rested and Youthful, and the Goddess Eyeliner in brown. Both products are truly amazing, the eyeliner is the most beautiful colour. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop me getting panda eyes but please don’t let that put you off as I do have very hooded eyes and I haven’t really found anything that stays put. I emailed their customer services and they gave me a full refund without any problems. As I said, both products are amazing and so is the customer service.

I’m very happy with the make up I bought on Beauty and the Boutique site, and want to say how much I like the new Smokey Liner. I got the Dark Chocolate colour which is easy to use, stays on my eyes and suits my Dark Blonde hair colour.
Quick shipping, beautiful presentation and products, helpful 'how to use' videos on the website. Customer Service WhatsApp amazing - very quick personalised responses - able to refund/send a complimentary alternative when products not quite correct shade. Impressed so far with the Doe-eyes mascara! - no smudging and really is so easy to remove with water, feels very kind on the eyes. Thank you!
This store is exceptional. Their products are amazing, but even better is their customer service. Honestly, I have never dealt with a better team who are so keen to give the best customer experience and resolve any issues (even if it’s not their fault).Would highly recommend to anyone. I purchased Love Katie Rested and Youthful, The Delilah concealer, Blinc and Lord and Berry mascaras and they are all fantastic products. Everything arrived super speedily, packaged beautifully with a handy leaflet. I've paid triple previously for under eye products which have been frankly useless on my 48 year old peepers but OMG thank you so much for making this product!! It is A.Mazing! Everyone commented on how well I looked. Please never stop making it. Keep doing what you're doing as you have a customer for life. xxxx
I’ve been using the Love Katie Smokey Eye Stick and it’s absolutely fantastic. I’m not very confident with eye makeup, but this product makes it effortless. The video tutorial was incredibly helpful and made the application so simple — Katie and Katie are brilliant.If you want to try a smokey eye with little fuss, this is the perfect place to start. You won’t be disappointed!
