Not long ago I received my order...one of many placed since 2018. (There must be an entire forest somewhere of the trees planted for each of my orders!) I am so pleased to have found such an incredible company! Not only are exceptional products on offer but customer service is beyond compare. I have never been disappointed. I appreciate finding products that do what they claim to do. I know when I buy from Beauty and the Boutique that I am getting quality, ethical products at a fair price. I will continue to shop at Beauty and the Boutique!!!
Amazing small make up company with such inspiring ladies who run it, great products and fabulously packaged..When I had a small issue it was dealt with immediately with no hassle and I was automatically given a full refund. FABULOUS customer service.. 5 stars ladies..Highly recommended...xxx
Absolutely love love LOVE beauty and the boutique! Katie’s videos are so easy to follow and great tips shared. I adore my eye of Horus eyeliner too! It stays put and gives my eyes a real lift. Love the videos with Katie and Katie too, they’re so funny! Thanks beauty and the boutique, will forever be a number one fan!!
Love Katie and her tutorials which are informative and quite often funny! Katie has not only helped me decide which product is right for my skin but how to apply which has increased my confidence massively. I’ve purchased several products and loved them all apart from the Delilah foundation which was not a good colour match despite using the guide. Katie keep up the good work (and Delilah please provide samples so we can try before buying!)
Love watching the videos. They give great ideas and inspiration for all age groups. My favourites include the Daniel Sandler products, the Bio lip elixir, long wear lip liner and the goddess eye liner. On the occasions I have contacted customer services for advice or feedback they have been first class. Well done
i just wanted to say that their customer service is a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️from beginning to end ..they refunded me for eye pencil i was t happy with and also sent me another free ! kept in touch all of the time their messages which are heartwarming and very uplifting ..how that negative 2 star u had can say that !! as all u need to talk is talk to them they reply super fast and are super friendly and above all very fair and listen … which is more than i can say for another company i’ve dealt with ( american ) pink branding 😠id def recommend them ⭐️. no hesitation and if u have a problem Talk To Them they’ll rectify it straight away ! il def stay with them and will purchase from them in future 💙💜🩵
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Have used Beauty and the Boutique on several occasions and received quality products every time. Reported an issue to them in that I'd picked a foundation that was the wrong shade for me (my fault) and they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I received personalised, very fast customer service that not only solved my issue but exceeded my expectations!Highly recommend!
I have ordered a few times from B&B now. I love them. The products are always fantastic. You can tell they are chosen and promoted with care and 100 percent passion. The website is so helpful and inspiring. The social media content is wonderful.
