I have been shopping with Beautyandtheboutique for several years and their products have always been excellent with very timely and beautifully packaged deliveries. Recently I had occasion to reach out to their customer service due to an error on my part and their assistance and response was outstanding. I cannot rate this company and their staff too highly. Thank you Beauty and the boutique.
This is the best beauty site I have ever used. I love Katie's advice as she is so honest and always looking for something new and better. I am over 50 and Katie's recommendations always work. Although I am in Ireland my orders arrive in a few days. I just love the products and tips. I spent years looking for the products that work for me. I love that she shows how everything works on her own skin. Am an absolute fan and my products (especially my delilah products ) are my all time favourites.
If I could give 10 stars I would! Where do I start! I bought the doe eye mascara & it is just incredible. It really does transform your lashes & gives me a real false lash look. Lasts all day long too so totally agree with the other review on this. You wont be dissapointed if you buy it. The girls at Beauty & the Boutique for me have to stand out as one of the best beauty companies out there! They're all just simply amazing. They really genuinely go above & beyond to provide advice, help & direction with any make up queries you may have & really help you to feel confident in what you do. The website is amazing with really great tutorials & you can actually watch the video of a product you are looking at being applied. Katie is just amazing in the way she explains things & gives off such a lovely genuine happy positive vibe that's infectious! I honestly can't recommend this company enough & really hope they grow in recognition within the industry they truly deserve. I feel I've discovered a real gem of a beauty company here that I'll be giving my business to over & over for years to come!!! Thank you all you lovely girls at Beauty & the Boutique. 🥰
Fantastic company, fantastic products, fantastic prices, have ordered a few times and have always been really satisfied with the products I've bought, you really can trust Katie's recommendations! on a recent order I did order a product that just didn't suit my skin and to say that customer service were helpful would be an understatement, they were brilliant, I've never had a bad experience when dealing with anyone at Beauty & the Boutique, a fantastic company amd I will certainly keep ordering products from them, love that there is somewhere for us ladies that are now the wrong side of 40 to get helpful advice 😀
This UK company is the Best that I have dealt with onlineFirstly the packaging always includes love hearts and their service matches that!I ordered the wrong colour on a product I previously ordered I explained that in my email and asked if they would honour a replacement & Return. They did not hesitate to offer me a replacement product which they sent out same day & asked me to gift the wrongly ordered item to a friend to spread the love .my God! That’s what I call customer service it touched me a lot That is first class@beautyandtheboutiqueThankyou❤️
The products are great and I love all Katie's makeup tips. Their customer service is out of this world. I have never come across such good care, quick response and their approach is totally in line with Katie's brand. Very uplifting.... Kudos to the team!!!
Fabulous company to deal with. Always great advice and great products. Ordered under eye concealer, unfortunately the colour was far too dark. However immediately offered to replace at no cost. Super fast to respond and deal with my query. Brilliant
I have followed Katie’s tips on Beauty and the boutique and the comments I have had were so complimentary! I want to add that when I brought cosmic glow I got 2 because I knew the product would be great, I have been using it regularly for many months now and am still on the first one - it just doesn’t run out! I am so delighted by it, a little goes a long way. I use less make up than ever but my skin looks stunning (I am 58 by the way). Xxx
