I have been watching Katie’s tutorials and the products she has recommended are amazing. The Doe Eyes mascara is fabulous. So much so, my 12 year old daughter keeps asking to use it! But above all the products and tips, I want to praise the customer service. Not only are the items wrapped beautifully with a little packet of love hearts in each package, but when I ordered and paid for an item that was subsequently found to be out of stock, I was refunded immediately, including the full postage, and the item was sent to me free of charge when it came back in stock. I am just so impressed by the whole experience and thoroughly recommend this company and the products they endorse. Thank you.

Finally, after what seemed like a very long wait for pay day I purchased the Doe Eyes Mascara! OH MY GOD! Having hooded eyes I've really struggled to find a mascara that doesn't bleed onto my lids and make a complete mess! Not only that I have very short lashes... WELL NOT ANYMORE! I'm shocked how good this mascara is! The thin curved head is a total game changer! It came all wrapped up in pretty tissue paper, with a how to guide! This has given me the confidence now to look at other stuff. I will be making more purchases! Thank you Katie and all at Beauty and the Boutique ❤️ Totally worth the money.... My other mascara has now gone to bin heaven.
They are brilliant! My order arrived this morning and one of the products was broken up and the powder was all over the box. I emailed them with a photo and within minutes they emailed back telling me they’d sent out a replacement! All their products are very well wrapped, so this was obviously a rare occurrence. I messaged them back to say how happy I was and what a fabulous company they are. I’ve bought lots of their products and they’re top quality and Katie’s tutorials are brilliant too! The staff are so nice and I can’t praise them enough!
Absolutely love this company. I've ordered a few times and have been very happy with the products. I can't do without Katie's concealer, it's the best I've ever used. Also, the videos are so helpful and have given me so much more confidence with my makeup technique as my face is changing (I'm in my mid forties). I had an issue with a product getting damaged in transit and they replaced straight away. Amazing customer service.
For Christmas I asked for rested and youthful under eye perfecter and one of the eye Jewell’s cream eyeshadow. I just love them both! I love not having to wear a face of foundation as the rested and youthful is amazing, you need so little of it too. I wore the eye Jewels Xmas day and it was so easy to blend and as claimed stayed put all day with no creases, I am 51 now so everything helps! I’ve now ordered the other 2 colours in the cream eyeshadow range and now the doe eyes mascara that is on its way to me. The packaging is beautiful and feels like such a treat, lots of care went into it. Thanks for all the tips too. Just brilliant
This has got to be one of THE best companies for customer services. I was ordering 3 products so added in a discount code but instead of ticking ‘apply’ I accidentally ticked ‘pay now’ I emailed the company explaining what I’d done and within 24 hours received a refund of the discount amount. No questions, no quibbles. I’m looking forward to receiving my products (some of which I’ve had before!)
I really wanted to love these products, but unfortunately they have been a disappointment overall.Starting with the eyeliner: I initially had an issue with it and must say the customer service was excellent. They were responsive and sent me a replacement straight away, which I appreciated. Sadly, the replacement wasn’t any better. The tip is extremely soft and simply doesn’t hold. It crushes against the eyelid instead of gliding on smoothly. I even bought two different pencil sharpeners trying to get a proper tip, but each time was flattened rather than sharpened, and eventually snapped in the middle. It’s frustrating to use and impossible to get a clean line.The eye concealer was another let-down. I really don’t like the finish. It has a dewy look that doesn’t suit me at all.As for the eyebrow pencil, the colour payoff is very poor. The shade barely transfers onto my skin, making it ineffective and difficult to use, no matter how much I build it up.Despite the excellent customer service, the actual makeup quality is, in my experience, very average.Updated review 10/01One very positive note is that Beauty and the Boutique has outstanding customer service. I am genuinely appreciative and grateful for how quickly and professionally they responded to my review and issued an immediate refund. This level of care really stood out, and I’m sure, seing other positive reviews that some of their products are excellent.
Finding katie and her tutorials has helped me adjust my make up as I'm 54, which has boosted my confidence. I've also bought quite a few items, including the glow serum which is a game changer. Their deliveries are fast and come beautifully wrapped with some love heart sweets
