It's not that often I come across an online company that makes everything so friendly, special and helpful from start to finish...the tips, funny videos, unique products that actually do what they say they'll do, cute packaging and they donate to charities too.
The whole concept of having tutorials for all the products carefully selected by a professional is already a genius idea - at least for the untalented make up users like me 😄 The cherry on the cake is their top notch customer service. They solved an issue which was 1000% percent my fault a way I would have never even asked for as I don't really expect business to trust their customers this much.Brilliant job!I am super satisfied with their products and services. Really disappointed with items. The rose gold shadow needs a lot more than a dab on like the videos. The brow pencil looks very grey on me and the lipstick/blush is very greasy on the cheeks and barely noticeable on the lips . I’ve paid similar prices for other top brands and been much more satisfied with the results. Expensive mistake to make. Will be purchasing from stores in future rather than online.
I have ordered a few items from Beauty and The Boutique before. This time however I wasn’t happy with one of the products I bought and wrote them an email to explain.They responded RIGHT AWAY and offered me goods to the value of the product, or a full refund. Highly recommend Beauty and the Boutique. Fabulous customer service team, one of the best, who actually care about their customers and making sure they are happy with their purchases. Extremely informative in their rapid replies to any queries or questions asked. They offer an array of fantastically sourced beauty products which they personally trial and display tutorials to show you how to use many of their products properly. The makeup tutorials Katie provides are so simple to follow yet so helpful and effective. A great online company full of positivity and lots of individual product information provided. I discovered Beauty and the Boutique on Facebook, 10/10 for such a great beauty company and products. I recently received the Delilah Alibi Fluid Foundation after watching one of Katie’s tutorials as a free wedding gift from them after enquiring about the foundation for my wedding day. I've been buying products from Beauty and the Boutique for almost 10 years now. The products, which are always cruelty free, are amazing and their customer service is the best I've ever experienced. When I placed my last order I misjudged which shade of foundation I needed. It was my mistake but the correct shade was dispatched straight away at no extra cost to myself. Team Beauty and the Boutique really do go out of their way to ensure their customers get the best service possible. It's why I've been a regular customer for so long.
I've placed a couple of orders so far; most products have been fab, others have not been suitable for me. The customer service is outstanding, far exceeding anything I have experienced elsewhere. I recently paid for next day delivery which wasn't fulfilled - when I emailed to raise the issue the representative responded very promptly. They were very apologetic and explained there was a stock issue they had not been made aware of. They refunded my shipping and the value of one of my products, which I wasn't expecting and greatly appreciated! The how to videos and printed instructions are really helpful and the orders arrive beautifully wrapped - it's such fun opening everything.
