Truly Exceptional! Saw the make up tutorials on FB and started to follow. I see lots of these kind of posts but you never know who are genuine or not. I’m not a massive make up user and have always opted for a natural look so these videos showing me the natural look I could achieve with no filters/gimmicks with the products was fantastic. Decided to purchase a couple of items (after following for about a year) which I love. These lasted me ages as I don’t wear often. Purchased a couple of different items as a birthday treat, mascara (which is the best I’ve had) and lip gloss. Sadly there was an incident with my lipgloss and my item was stolen. I reached out to customer services, who literally went above and beyond my wildest expectations! These days customer services are never that helpful but these guys were in another league! Honestly was so grateful and they gave me an amazing treat too! The products they sell have been tried and tested and the video showing how to achieve a no fuss, no brush, natural make up look is perfect. 100% trustworthy company and the way the items are packaged too shows a lot of love and care goes into each item.
