Wish I had of seen all these reviews before I ordered parts . Ongoing from may 2022. Waited a month for parts to arrive . Returned 5 items and only got a refund today aug 22 . Numerous emails and phone calls and nothing ever done . Had to tell them I was contacting my card company and refund was in 1 hour later . Will never use them again .
This company is a complete and utter Joke, Order Parts including Clutch Cable Clearly states for PX way too small also in the order was a Headset which apparently not in stock, so after 4 days I call BeedSpeed Customer Services left on Phone for an hour only to get told Headset out of stock and waiting on delivery wasn't going to send parts until Headset came in of which they had no delivery date, how dumb can you get I've ordered stuff which is obvious I need now but no, although on asking then to send the stuff it did arrive the next day. Put first order down to poor judgement in not contacting about issue with order, so made another order for the correct cables and some other bits whilst waiting on my refund of which they claim they can't give because I opened a case with PayPal on speaking to PayPal this is untrue.In regards to 2nd Order nothing after 3 days so clearly stated in my email that should it not be sent by close of business Friday then cancel the order and refund and I'll buy elsewhere, Order not sent and not given refund so had to open another case with PayPal. Word to the wise be very careful when buying from this company they are totally unprofessional and in all honesty the customer being their bread and butter I'd suggest treating your customers with more respect hand on heart how this company is still in business I've no idea.Seriously though if you want the parts quick I would whole heartedly give this company a wide birth as you'll have a long wait for your parts, and there's no guarantee they'll be the correct parts, I would highly suggest paying with PayPal as it'll most likely be the only way you'll get your money back.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE . Ordered a seat last September 2021. Still waiting. June 2022. Emailed Dan about 20 times and he gives the same excuse. Supply and Covid issues. Well Dan at Beedspeed you are full of S!!! Just like your company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CLOWN AND HIS COMPANY
