Review Time
Cannot give 0 stars absolutely appalling company. Order a part a week later they put the order through using covid as the excuse for the delay. Only they did not have the part I ordered so sent the wrong one hoping I wouldn’t notice. Took another week to get a return arranged and a further month to log the return in. At present still waiting for the refund we are now over 2 months since I paid. Just appalling.
Never Used BEEDSPEED before but I will definitely use them again for future orders. Received quick replies to my questions over e-mail. The parts I ordered yesterday (out of office hours) were dispatched today and then I received an e-mail notification direct from BEEDSPEED advising my parts will be with me tomorrow.I can't wait to put the extra bling on my scooter :)A special thanks to Ethan and Natalie for their prompt replies and efficient service
Really bad service, had to start a dispute through Paypal in order to get the order dispatched. Afterwards the the “new” parts were scrap, so a second Paypal dispute was opened for a refund. Service from Nat was non existent. I would have given 0 stars for this review, but 1 star was the least. Any 5 star reviews are fake news.
I cannot speak to highly of the service I have recieved from Beedspeed. I emailed Nat about the availability of Lambretta dampers, put my order in late in the day and received them the next day in the morning. She had seen my order go in then had gone to the dispatch department to ask them to send my order ASAP. Will I use them again most definately.
I placed my first order with these guys late at night and having paid realised I'd missed adding an item. I emailed them straight away and got a reply before they had even opened in the morning. Nat in customer services sorted my problem out with no hassle and was a pleasure to deal with. My package arrived safely and I'm very pleased with all my purchases. Great value, great products and a great company to deal with :) I'll definitely be using them again!
I was sceptical about ordering from Beedspeed after reading daming reports.Have used them before so bit the bullet.Ordered a lambretta legshield toolbox.Great service, Great price, Great communication.Would definitely use again.
My experience with Ethan and the sales team at Beedspeed was excellent. They gave me fast and comprehensive advice on my issues/requirements and were very patient when I faffed around making my decisions. Absoltuley APPALLING service. Given them 1 star, becasuse there's no option for ZERO. Ordered a few things (nothing complicated)- told the parts would be sent straight out. Nothing for a week or two. Called them up- "We'll look into it..." Sent the stuff out (no explanation or apology as to why they've sat on the order for weeks) BUT they've missed stuff off the order. Asked for the missing stuff- or a refund- many times. MONTHS LATER- THEY STILL HAVEN'T sorted it out. SHOCKING.
