I ordered a front mudguard crashbar in black for my Vespa PX from Beedspeed on Saturday 10th September & had it delivered to me by Tuesday 13th September which was a great service. I also would like to state that over the past 15months I have made at least six orders from Beedspeed & every one of them have arrived like this, plus their choice of accessories & spare parts for scooters is excellent, no mater how small the required part is.

purchase x 1 rear light for vespa 50 special, upon receiving was not a uk standard fitment, description states without brake or light bulbs, did not say does not have brake light !!returned said item sept 10td, now October 17th 2022,still no refund,3 x telephone calls later ,still no further forward.we are Bonz mx ltd company ,we would not treat our returns with this disrespect,I would not recommend this company, I believe there are issues in daily BUYER BEWARE

I WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!My item never arrived. 10 days after it should have arrived and numerous attempts at communicating and they just ignore you. I've asked for a refund several times and have not received one!They have stolen of £50 from me! IF I DONT RECEIVE MY MONEY I WILL SIMPLY FILL OUT A SMALL CLAIMS COURT FORM ONLINE. They will then have to pay allthe associated costs as well as my refund, time, interest etc. very silly seller.STAY CLEAR, disgraceful sellers

Missing part in order

I recently ordered some floor runners for a lambretta. When they arrived one part was missing so I emailed the Company. I was really impressed with the customer service I received. Straight away a replacement set was sent out which I received the next day. I also got an email to make sure I was happy with everything. Would definitely use this Company again because of their excellent customer service.

I think there has been a big improvement in service over the last year or two. They had my item with me very quickly and on some things they can often be cheaper than others. Their customer service team are also very good and knowledgeable
