I have consistently found this brand to offer high-quality items with great designs. I ordered for my granddaughter but mistakenly selected the wrong size for one dress. I realized this right after receiving the confirmation and contacted customer support to correct it. They were very accommodating and updated the order. They also sent a lovely message. I acknowledged my mistake, but their excellent customer service remained unaffected.
This was a gift that brought joy to the recipient. The mother appreciated the design. It arrived quickly. Personally, I would love the option to include a gift card, as this is my second experience with this brand, and they are consistently dependable.
