Absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Benuta! My new rug is fantastic—loving the fabric, and it's totally worth the price. The delivery was spot on, right on time. My only suggestion would be to include some cleaning instructions, but that's just me being a bit picky. Overall, I'm super happy and definitely recommend it! 😊
Our carpet arrived damaged and so the delivery carrier sent it back. Instead of re-sending the carpet Benuta informed us we would have to reorder the carpet, but it would only be available again three months later. Terrible customer service.
Ordering the chair was a smooth process. The delivery was also great. After the two rugs arrived, we decided that we wanted to keep one and not the other. After 1,5 weeks of trying to return one we are not one step closer. First we needed to register the return, than we received an email that we should send an email in which we stated that we wanted to return the rug. After that email we received an email from a customer agent that they can't see which rug we want to return. I've sent the return confirmation email and now nobody is responding. How can you be an online business when you don't have a great return mechanism in place.
The product (a rug) arrived in really good condition and exactly as shown in the pictures. However, the delivery experience (with DHL) was bad. They didn't come on the day that it was supposed to, on last minute changed the day of the delivery, then in the second day no one rang or called. And then on the third attempt of delivery, the person in charge just left the product at the door and he/she just signed him/herself the delivery, not me as the recipient.
