Wanted to order a product, but was unable to do so due to a technical malfunction. The next day the product is a lot more expensive, this has been proven. Don't want to help us further. Lousy customer service, we will order elsewhere.

Completely dissatisfied

Completely dissatisfied. You pay €10 for delivery and have to just wait to find out your order hasn't even been processed. I waited and then decided to reach out and what a miracle, suddenly my order was processed and oh wow they created an electronic invoice so technically I have a tracking number but they haven't even shipped my order. So I have nothing to track because you apparently have to pay to wait and hope that your order comes.Still waiting, already over a week. It's horrible! Worst experience!

Exactly as pictured

The rug is amazing, soft, and thick, just like a carpet. I also bought it with a non-slip rug pad, and I’m very satisfied. Thank you for the fast shipping as well!

Poor quality, pale colours

The carpet came all folded and wrinkled (not rolled).Its much thinner than I would expected.The main dispointment are the colours. They are way different than the photos at the website. Pale and less vivid, especially the darker colours.Really not what I expected.
