And this is workday 3 of hearing nothing from Benuta. I ordered, payed, got an email with strange conditions in it: i am not a buyer but a person who is requesting a trade deal and within 7 days the seller will connect to me ? sort of weird, looking at a website that states: 2 to 3 day delivery ...not sure this is a con or rip off but for now; not happy with the silenceafter posting this review i got a mail from custommer service. It would onky take 2 days max to send the product. 2 days went by and i got another mail. explaining there still was a delay and they gave a discount. Yesterday I finally got the rug 😊 and it looks great. I would have ordered it even if the delivery promis would have been more than 2 days
The delivery is horrible! I bought a carpet from there recently- though it was said 1-2 days delivery, they shipped it 3 days later arriving on a Saturday- expecting me to wait home from 10:00-15:00. I missed my delivery and I have been waiting for it to be delivered like already for 4 days. it keeps being delayed- and I get no information about when it will be delivered. The products are very nice- but I wouldn’t order again because of this delivery issue.I already emailed their support- but other than promises they would fix it, there is no change or information regarding it.
