The product is great but the commercial approach is frustrating. I ordered a large double plan in time to cook Christmas dinner. Then I decided to add in another pot and a wok as i thought they'd be useful. That added another £220 to the bill. When the pans arrived they incuded a voucher for 20% off any more I bought. So if I'd held off on the extra 2 items I'd have saved £44 by ordering them later. If that discount was available surely I'd should have been offered it!So advice to others - buy items one at a time.Advice to Berghoff - give me my £44 back!Final point. £5 shipping is a bit rich when you are spending the best part of £500
