Bought a 26cm saute pan to replace an old one. It's exactly what I was after and lighter than my old one (when you don't use the lid). It's huge too, ideal for what I was after.

I placed an order for some spare parts and after the purchase I realised I’d put the wrong delivery address (silly me), I contacted them through email asking to have the delivery diverted, first thing the next day I received an email from Jacquie stating she had rearranged so my order was sent to the correct address, very polite and efficient, I’ve had this problem before with other companies only to be told ‘it’s your mistake and not our problem’, Jacquie was the most helpful and polite I’ve ever come across and I would have no hesitation advising people to buy from them.
I spent a fortune on a whole set of these pans as I replaced my regular hob for an induction one . I was impressed by the demo they gave at the Ideal Home Exhibition , where they demonstrated how you could leave rice cooking for hours , having forgotten about it , and then you could just peel it out of the pan . It was absolute rubbish ! The non- stick started peeling off after six months of light use . Other pans I’ve had in the past have lasted years and years . When I contacted them with photos , they didn’t want to know and turned the blame on me , despite me having followed all the instructions they’d given on cleaning and maintenance . My step son , who bought a set at exactly the same time (I bought them on his recommendation ) had the same issues and has since thrown them all away and replaced them . This is what I’m now having to do . DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
Do not buy! This company is refusing to honour the warranty. Through no fault of my own (and I promise you the pan has never been in the dishwasher or had anything abrasive on it) the non stick surface has failed. I am so disappointed, having bought several items from this company. They are refusing to refund or replace and say I have to send the pan to them at my expense. I will be contacting Trading Standards as it is a con to say there is a warranty and then fail to honour it. BTW this is after a lot of chasing on my part. A deliberate attempt to flout the law.
