This experience was very disappointing. The company appears to mislead customers by promoting one product and then delivering something entirely different. When I reached out to address the issue, they displayed no accountability and showed no interest in resolving the matter. Their customer service was unprofessional, dismissive, and slow, making it clear that they do not care once they have your money. This feels more like a scam than a legitimate business. I would strongly caution others against engaging with this company unless you are ready to be misled and ignored.
1 Star – Deceptive and Unprofessional. Based on my experience, I highly recommend avoiding this company. I ordered a suit, but what I received was a completely different outfit—not even close to what was advertised or what I had paid for. It felt misleading from the beginning. I immediately attempted to contact the company to resolve the issue, but they ignored my multiple attempts. With no communication and no willingness to amend their error, I had no choice but to reach out to my bank for a refund. The bank reviewed my case and issued the refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally afterward, the company threatened me with legal action for something I did not do. Being threatened as a customer—after receiving the wrong item and being ignored—is completely unacceptable and immature for any business. In my view, this company misleads customers and reacts aggressively when confronted. This is not how a legitimate or professional business should operate. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
