Hi, I booked a flight online with 1 luggage, transaction gone through but website throwing error "payment is failed", I phoned them to check what is going on, they said, I booked wrong flight & luggage not included & it will cost you another £188 for adding luggage. it seems like a trap, they put money on hold from your card through online booking and then asking admin charges to cancel the flight or accept the new price on phone whether it is good or bad. they are not following online trading standards. when you book online, you don't get booking confirmation via email at all and money is taken as a trap so eventually you have to phone them and then the real game of extra money charging and for cancelling admin charging starts. it seems like money trap to get extra money.

Don’t use these

Our flight has been cancelled tomorrow and we are booked with Etihad to go to Abu Dhabi. The flight has been cancelled and all bestairfares keep telling us is to get in touch with Etihad. Etihad keeps telling us to get back in touch with your 3rd party which is our travel agent. I’ve been doing this for the week now they are no help at all driving me crazy back and forward. I go onto the Ethiad website refund form and once you click 3rd party they say contact them. I’ve even sent a screenshot and they keep telling me go back to Ethiad It’s definitely Bestairfares Edwin the travel agent offered me different dates in May asking for a further £191pp or go through your bank and get the money back. I’ve now done that which I don’t think I should be the one doing it. They are now looking into it and it said it could take up to 90 days.

I haven’t been away for 15 years so things have changed a lot. My friend and I did everything wrong on the first ticket purchase, but after talking to the young man on the phone he sorted everything out. Very patient with me and kept in regular contact with me.He put my mind at rest.
