Review Time
Hard to say who's at fault here as I ordered the product through Amazon. However, the sleeping mat I purchased arrived two weeks late, long after the trip I had planned. Amazon had already issued a refund and so I bought an alternative mat elsewhere. Now I am being asked to take the parcel to a drop off point for return which is incredibly inconvenient for me as I don't drive and have little free time. If I fail to do so, Amazon will eventually take another payment from my card. I've been unable to contact Bestway and I'm now facing having to pay for something I no longer need due to no fault of my own. Two weeks late is really pretty bad. I've obviously no confidence in the company now.
Exceptional service. The item matched the description and inflated without any problems. I tested it by keeping it inflated overnight and noticed no air leaks. Although I haven't slept on it yet, it seems comfortable and will be used during the festive season and occasionally thereafter. The reverse function of the pump made deflating the airbed quite easy as well.

I would rate it zero stars if possible. The service is awful. It takes days to get a response from customer service, and it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. The wrong product was delivered in a damaged box, and now the item I wanted is out of stock, likely due to their slow responses. They now want to collect it and are refusing to provide a warranty for the item they delivered if I keep it. I will never purchase from them again.
Great product and service overall. I really like my new mat. The only downside is the choice of courier. Their service is quite poor and I experienced delays because my order was left at their depot for 5 days. When it was finally delivered, it didn't follow my delivery instructions and was left outside in the rain, though it was wrapped in plastic. I might reconsider buying directly from the company because of the courier situation and would prefer to order from another platform instead. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the delivery issues.
Very comfortable airbed. Well constructed. I used to have body aches on a regular mattress, but those pains have vanished. I use it just like a regular mattress. It doesn't deflate and only needs a little air after 6 days. This airbed is quite sturdy.
