I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Bet365. If you ever need to speak with a live agent, be prepared to go through endless loops just to reach one. It’s extremely frustrating and time-consuming.The first time I let it go, but the second time I noticed an issue with the returns, I went through the same long process to reach a live agent. After finally getting connected, I was told they could only review the past 24 hours of activity and that I would receive an email within 24 hours with an answer — which honestly isn’t very helpful when you’re trying to resolve something right away.As for the games, I only played two slot machines: Capital Gain (95.95% RTP) and Triple Red Hot (96.13% RTP).the payouts were nowhere close to what you’d expect based on the RTP. The return for the amount wagered was extremely poor and felt unfair. On one spin, I wagered somewhere around a dollar. got a bonus of 14 free spins, and only got back $2 — which just shows how poor the returns can be, even during bonuses.Overall, between the lack of accessible customer service and the disappointing slot payouts, I don’t feel Bet365 provides a fair or satisfying experience for players.
My account was suspended within two minutes of it being set up. I didn’t know what went wrong so contacted their webchat and the support said it was internal reasons ‘ due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. The decision has been made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and your account has been closed with no option to reopen’ No information given. Extremely frustrating experience and quite rude and condescending!! Please don’t use this company. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before signing up.
- I opened an account- placed a bid and won and deposited the money to my account - They closed my account permanently on the same day without an explanation. Moral of the review : They will close your account if you win and actually claim your money.
Ok so today playing a game with £20 bet ,allmost got all three features filled on medusa so decided to bet another deposit another 20 pound to carry on only to find game features reset to zero when i went back in two minutes later total scam i only went out of game to place deposit one minute feel cheated bad site
