I signed up thinking it was a legitimate platform. After winning a few bets, I tried to withdraw my winnings. They refused to allow withdrawals to my original account, which I shared with my spouse. I added my personal debit card, but after trying to withdraw again, it was denied. Now they want my online banking info. My funds are missing, and the support team is unhelpful. This platform is a scam, and if my money isn't in my account soon, I will seek legal action.
While there are some aspects I like, the numerous issues far outweigh the positives. The website is often buggy, causing missed bets, and the odds offered are below industry standards. Free spin promotions are often not honored, which is disappointing. If they could improve their service and website, it would make a significant difference.
The support team is terrible. I tried to create an account but was unable to. When I reached out, they suggested using a different phone number. It’s frustrating when a number is recycled. The support was rude and dismissive. I advise all residents to steer clear of this platform.
Such a joke of site now can't even win not even $10 or $20 on a bet boost or super boost. I know this sounds ridiculous but seems like they go and tell the teams, players to lose or no get points, runs, touchdowns, etc just so they can drain more money from even if its $10 to bet on something they use to be cool and that now there just a joke even on the free games you can't win anything! 🤦🙄
