I went in at signed up at 8:00. 5 minutes and approved. Then deposited $400 got $400 match. Wanted to place a bet and s little slots. Was trying to make a bet. Kept saying insufficient funds, but said $800. Start a chat with customer service. 1:32 minutes later. I’m told I can only use my money on a handful of crappy slots, no sports betting. Even after I went through the $400 bonus which popped you have played your bonus. And still could only play a handful of crappy games. $800 gone in 15 minutes. Stay away!!

This company plays games and steals your bonus from you by suggesting that u created your account prior and really is a true definition of a trash gaming site. Shame on u bet 365. All that money and wants to steal from the little people
I largely enjoy using this book, they have the best interface of any of the many sportsbooks that I've used. It's very easy to place wagers. They always payout pretty fast and the promo offers are pretty decent too. I like their cash out option as they don't immediately drop the prices on the cash out, only if the line changes which is fair. My main complaint is that I can only bet through my phone. When I try on my desktop it wants me to verify my location through a qr code. When I scan the qr code it doesn't take me anywhere or help verify anything. Quite frustrating. All other sportsbooks are able to verify my location fine through the desktop website, not sure why 365 demands to use an app location identifier that doesn't even work :( Bet365 is a 5 star book when there's no technical issues. Unfortunately I've had to deduct it on the star rating due to a number of headaches with the app and website issues.
ive been a customer for over 18yrs and when i found away in sport betting and followed a system that win at the end .bet365 called me in canada from +44 number saying that my account is permenantly closed .i did nothing unusuall and always uptodate and when i asked them why they said the management decoded to permenantly shut u down . dissappointment i thought its a good website but everyone be aware they can kick u out from ur account anytime
Absolutely shocking site! Never win anything, on any games. You’ll be just about to land the third scatter and conveniently it jumps and disappears. Every single game is the same. Rigged site through and through. Don’t waste your time or money!!!
