More and more problems with this company, as I have said I have spent a lot of money here some I can accept but some are not my fault absolutely not, it even got to the stage now I have taken screenshots of the problems and sent them to my vip manager, now he is good and I have stated that before he phoned me last Monday asking what would it take to keep me playing there and to make me happy which I told him he even agreed with me I should get something back especially over 100k inside months and nothing back, he got back to me tonight apologise for the delay because his boss wouldn’t get back to him until today and surprise surprise he told me after his review nothing he can do I spend over 3k a week here u think u would do something nice to keep me happy???? I play French roulette which robs me I play live roulette which places bets that u can’t see and sometimes doesn’t let u put numbers on I play King Kong which throws u out of the game every other time, I have said it over and over again this is a BAD CASINO and the so called bosses don’t give a damn about anyone except there bank accounts,, I feel sorry for the people who have to work here because if we the CUSTOMERS r getting treated like this imagine what the staff get!!!!! Believe me I will get 100k worth of bad reviews written for this casino as it’s my right too, please please people STOP PLAYING HERE!!! Their are better casinos out there than this,

Despite this, you continue to ignore my requests regarding my GDPR inquiry, which you have been avoiding for weeks. I've sent six requests without any reply, not even a confirmation email. This is a clear violation of GDPR Article 12, which mandates timely communication. Please stop asking for information that has already been provided. Use the account number I gave you and respond to my GDPR request accordingly. I expect a proper, legal, and timely response — not more excuses.
