Andy was patient, detailed and engaging. Present bike set up tweaked to good effect and great advice and figures for proposed new bike purchase. New shoes have made a big difference to comfort. Would not hesitate to recommend Andy.
I booked an appointment with Bicycle. (Andy Fenn) due to the plentiful positive reviews making the decision for me. I was a bit of a sceptic regarding the "power" of a bike fit but I left with my tail between my legs and also a well fitted bike! Andy was very knowledgable and patient with my thousands of questions. My 3.5 hours flew by (for me and hopefully Andy too). I can safely say that I left with a far more comfortable bike and great advice on possible further upgrades which seem to be plentiful in this great value hobby!
Popped in yesterday to pick up some G8 insoles for my Lake shoes. Was met with a warm welcome and lovely coffee. Dan took me through the measurement of my feet and suggested two different arch heights as my feet, like most people are slightly different.Fantastic service, will be back again and highly recommended.
I had a bike fit with Andy and it was absolutely excellent. He was really informed and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and explaining his thought process. As a result I’ve got great insights into my position plus all sorts of information that will inform and de-risk future purchasing decisions. I’ve only implemented some of Andy’s recommendations just because a few of them involve replacing bigger parts, but even the adjustments he made to my shoes have already made a massive difference to my comfort and efficiency on the bike. The other thing I thought was really nice is that there was absolutely zero snobbery - I felt as valued as any customer even though I ride a modest steel bike not an expensive carbon one. Coffee not the best but otherwise a thoroughly positive experience! Wish I’d invested years ago - highly recommend.

Visited bicycle for my first bike fit in 17 years, and can thoroughly recommend this place. The team are friendly and welcoming, and Denver took his time, listened to and worked with me throughout and made the whole session interesting, as well as being extremely thorough at every stage of the process. Having struggled with sciatica over the past year, the end result was a position that felt noticeably more stable and efficient than my previous setup, looking forward to putting it into effect over the coming months.
