I have had the WORST experience with the site. There are many other sites that are MUCH MORE reputable!!! The CEO, read another of my reviews from my other email, and asked me to email him TWO NIGHTS AGO and has done NOTHING to fix my account NOR has he even RESPONDED!!! I emailed him MINUTES after he asked me. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If they fix my account I WILL revise this review! EDIT: STILL have not had a response from either support OR the CEO. More lies!!!!!
Got scammed out my money by big cash web.com I completed the puzzles and chaos offer for the first purchase, make a 4.99 purchase, and get the 4.99 mythic pack and I did everything I was supposed to do have screenshots. The first time something like this happened I reached out to y'all numberous times no response well I can't let this one go, y'all have rules and guidelines y'all also have to follow I will contact the fair trade act if I don't get no response or this doesn't get fixed immediately thanks
