After first two times they don't pay…

They paid out first time and second but then stated the game that they are promoting to play would not uphold their end of the bargain and canceled my cashout. They kept my coins. Tried to cash out again. Canceled my cash out again. It says they paid on website but they didn't. It is a good con that they have going. All the people I know play it has had the same thing done to them. They cashout a couple time then cancel the cashouts after that and I would imagine keep the money. Do not play, is a waste of time.
