I would rate it negatively if I could. It started well with a free $2 upon registration, and everything worked fine. After making a $9.99 deposit, no credits were added and no games would load. The support team claims the site is under maintenance. Just 30 seconds before my deposit, everything was running smoothly, and now it’s down for maintenance. They also refused to explain why they accept deposits if the site isn’t operational. Clearly a scam. I wouldn’t recommend playing here.
So far, I’m not impressed. Many features feel clunky. When I inquired about playthrough, the representative didn’t understand and couldn’t tell me how many diamonds I had played through. When I asked about document verification, I was informed it could take 3 days. The introductory promotions don’t stand out either. I can't speak on redemption times, but the 3-day estimate for document verification is concerning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this platform and likely won't return after my first redemption. Edit: Received my first redemption of $158, but they use the wire transfer option, resulting in an additional $15 fee for me. I wouldn’t recommend this social casino.
Update: I am still waiting for verification. I will update to 5 stars once I receive my redemption. I am the first to review this casino here, and while I managed to win a little, I enjoy the variety of games available. I’m currently waiting for verification, but overall, the site isn’t bad.
