just impossible to track your order, insist you download an app to track but all it does is show you adverts, Once i actually found out the Courier Company it was Couriers Please the second worse company on the planet, just behind Aramax that is . You also can not save a password, every time you log in you have to wait for an email. super annoying and now it’s late and the CP website has expected delivery yesterday
👎🏽Where to start.Australian brand that's Unaustralian.What an effin joke billabong Australia. took bloody over a month and myself checking in on what had happened on my issue before a got a resolution.First, delivery is bloody slow despite being an australian brand in Australia. Second, customer service and mind you FOLLOW UP which is most important for clients is bloody poor hey.👎🏽SAVE yourself, DO NOT ORDER from the billabong.au website coz you'll get one of the poorest customer care in Australia in terms of follow through and getting to the bottom of an issue. Thirdly, the local shop in town is better at customer service than this bloody big company. What a shame. P.s cheers to Tahlia who finally took the reins on my issue.
Surprised to find out that the free shipping does not mean free return as well. Never had this before with online shops who do free shipping. Typical money hungry company that externalizes all the risk to the customer. Learned my lesson!
Billabong offers free shipping to Canada which has been a great incentive for me to shop with them because it is very rare to find online stores with affordable or free shipping but unfortunately this perk comes with a cost. Billabong shipping is incredibly slow so if you’re in any rush to get your package, I wouldn’t order from them. They will send an email that your item has shipped when in reality it isn’t even handed over to the delivery company for at least another week. My Billabong packages always take a minimum of two weeks to get to me which is very slow considering they ship from within Canada. I have never had any other issues with my orders but I will say the quality has gone way downhill compared to what it used to be. I would say the quality of most garments is comparable to Forever21 which is why I usually only buy things on sale.
I have never had such a horrendous customer service experience. I returned an item in March, it was received at their shipping center in April, it is now June and I still have not received my refund. I’ve called costumer service 8 times now and get the same response every time “we’re sorry, the refund has been process and should be reflected in your account in 2-4 business days.” 2 months later, still no refund. When I filed a dispute against them, they claimed the merchandise was still in my possession even though I have months of customer service exchanges and proof of return/ refund processed. Now they are claiming the refund was issued on their end and the problem is with my bank. NEVER buy from billabong.
