Bought a pair of thongs not much outlay even so the thin Venere of plastic pattern has worn of after wearining them for 2x30 minute periods so back to plain black thong poor quality chinese crap won’t be buying anything again if there’s I looked at made in and thought put them back not had any product from there that you could say was ordinary at the least purchased in Burnie surf shop red fish or something
So I love the clothing and the style which is why I'm giving it 3 stars BUT there is serious work needed in the shipping/returns/customer service/fulfillment area. It's pretty much a regular thing to wait 2 weeks or more to get your shipment (I'm waiting for some sandals that will take two weeks right now). I did a return of two items and I was only credited for one item (called customer service and they fixed it but I shouldn't have to call). It took them 4 weeks to process the refund after they had the item in hand which seems a bit long. Customer service is overseas reps so be prepared for some language/understanding barriers if you call. At these prices you'd expect a bit more customer service in these areas. I'll still be a loyal customer as long as I enjoy the styles/clothing/vibe but I've had to adjust my expectations quite a bit.
Unfortunately, after 1,5 intensive season my 5/4 mm wetsuit falls apart into pieces, my zipper broke after a few months of use. All the taped seams started to fall off after first season. The client service replies fast, but puts the blame on use and not the quality of materials.
Long shipment - wrong order - 0 customer service - very badWorst e-commerce experience from years, after bought two items from official site, shipment arrived from france or belgium in 2 weeks, the slowest shipment service from europe I found untill now.Once the packet arrived, order was not correct and I received just one of the two items ordered.Wrote to the customer service 5 days ago I still not received an answer or support.Billabong make good product but have to work on its shop online, or remove this service if is not able to handle.I don't think I will buy anymore on official billabong site and probably I will think two times to buy a billabong product in future (sorry for that)
I had to place multiple calls and write multiple emails to find out how long it takes to get off their email list which is annoying, disruptive and comes every DAY. I would NEVER get away with this and still keep MY job if it were I. Info that pops up mentioning how long it takes for data to go through system after "unsubsctibing" says 48 hours and then these people tell me it's about ten days. Finally found out today that it's 48 hours after you put request in to have company receive the info and THEN about ten days for data to get purged. Could have saved me an hour of bickering with these dumb asses if the first out of about six people I corresponded with had actually TOLD me that. No consideration for others' time and also unacceptable as well as unproductive talking over the top of callers and interrupting them, then having nerve to tell you to "calm down." The hell I will.
They have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed.. I ordered several items.. After over 2 weeks with no delivery (on a 3-5 day express delivery) I emailed them and just told them to cancel the order. No reply of course and about another week and a half later, the items finally showed up, even though I cancelled the order. Nothing fit so I immediately returned everything the same day. About 2 weeks later they confirmed my items had been received and would refund my card in 5 -7 business days. After 14 days I just disputed the charge with my Amex and got the refund that way. Quiksilver has much better service and response for basically the same stuff.
