From beginning to end, my experience was "easy", all things considered. Making a big decision like having surgery takes a lot of planning and action. Yagmur was amazing in making sure all of my arrangements were made, and answering all of my millions of questions. She was prompt, polite, and professional.
My coordinator, Didem, was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Anytime I reached out to Didem during my stay, she responded quickly, even if it was "let me get that information for you".
My doctor, Dr. Ergin ER, was great. He was kind, did great work, and listened to me when I spoke.
I had a great team from day 1. My nurses were wonderful, too. I intend to go back in the future.
I underwent gastric sleeve surgery at BHT Clinic Istanbul Tema Hospital on 20.02.2026, and my stay was from 19.02.2026 to 22.02.2026. It was one of the most important decisions of my life, and I am extremely satisfied.From the very beginning, Maria and Alexandra gave me confidence and peace of mind. They were always available and truly supportive.The surgery was performed by Dr. Mustafa Kalaycı, an outstanding professional who made me feel safe and confident. I felt safe, respected, and well cared for throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend them.
