As a personal trainer I am very interested in the human body. Especially where problems come from. Most of the time there is an issue of the standing position, an injury, people doing work and sit al day and/or wear narrow shoes and the feet are not working propperly anymore.With the blackboard I can train myself and customers to activate the feet, calves and glutes correctly and learn to get strong feet and less pain.I would recommand anyone to use the blackboard in your training routine!
I was getting the blackboard for my mom in the first place but now we both use it to train our feet. Me having multiple ankle issues finding it really helpful to get some stability back. Great device and very unique in the way activates the food
The first time I saw a blackboard I wasn't impressed until I tried it...By the way, I am a fitness instructor and I really like balance exercises. Both in my training and with clients. After I bought a blackboard a few years ago I got my balance almost to perfection. My clients are equally delighted and have made great progress.I don't have to come up with various exercises and their regressions depending on the level of the client's form. Blackboard made my work in fitness much easier and faster. It is especially good for older people who are the first to lose balance with age. It is perfect to put in a small bag and this to be able t keep up with the practice when commuting for work in overcrowded cities in the Deutsche Bahn Trains.I am really thankful for that, because as a dance instructor I could prepare myself on long journeys. Next plus about the blah board is the possibility to chill with friends and still do some drills, because you can still listen and answer.
I am a huge fan of the blackboard! I have been using it daily for more than 3 years after severly breaking my foot (smashed heel and ankle with kitesurfing). I managed to get so much mobility back that I can go back to long ealks amd hikes without any pain.Simple set-up amd easy exercises and lots of variety!!
A great tool that helped me understand my imbalance problems and address them accordingly. Today, I have more stability and flexibility in my feet than ever before. Who knew that inflexibility in the foot comes from the glutes?
