My order has been stuck in “processing” with no shipment progress and no clear update on when it will actually ship. I placed the order expecting normal fulfillment times, but nothing has moved and there has been no meaningful communication. Very disappointing experience so far.
This company should have better customer service. I tried to place an order several times during their bundled special. I went on several browsers thinking that it was a bower issue, because I know I used a valid payment method. I still received this error message:We're sorry but an error occurred during the payment process. Please try again later or contact our customer support. Our only options with your customer support is a voicemail when you call or email. I was very disappointed
I am filing a formal complaint against Black Girl Vitamins regarding an order placed on February 2, 2026, totaling over $147.After placing my order, I was provided a USPS tracking number; however, the tracking remained in “pre-shipment” status for an extended period and has since disappeared. This indicates that the package may have never been shipped.I have made several attempts to contact the company via phone and messaging but have received no response other than automated replies that do not address my issue. There has been no confirmation of shipment, no updated tracking, and no communication from a live representative.This lack of service and transparency is unacceptable. I ordered my first bottle of Meno Chill by BlackGirlVitamins in September of 2025. At the time I was desperate for something to help me feel like myself again.Perimenopause had me feeling like I was turning into the Incredible Hulk but my skin was holding me back. I don’t actually sweat with the hot flashes so the inside of my skin feels like the beginnings of lactation, when your milk comes in and my feet stay hot. Nothing my Primary, Internal Medicine Doctor did helped at all. And the over the counter brands would reduce the hot flashes but I still didn’t feel like myself.So I researched BlackGirlVitamins to see if something designed for Black Women could work better. I didn’t sign up for auto renewal and I ran out 9 days ago. I hadn’t had any hot flashes, moodiness, brain fog and I began to sleep a full 8 hours every night. But, it’s 2:45am and I’m awake, hot enough to walk through the snowy Utah mountains barefoot. None of the over the counter options are helping and my BlackGirlVitamins refill is delayed due to weather and the holiday season. I’ve literally been near tears every time I see the delivery date get pushed back.Whatever the doctor/ creator of these vitamins has done WORKS. We don’t have to suffer through perimenopause, feeling like no one else understands. I appreciate that beyond words.
So ladies before you come for me, I believe in any black owned company and wish for nothing but their success. I heard alot about BGV from my mother and different family members. My mother had been wanting to try them, so I began buying them for my mother. Yes, I did try them myself but, because I'm a holistic naturopathic practitioner and herbalist. I chose to no longer take them but,continued getting the vitamins for my mother. 1st. I did not know i was automatically signed up for a subscription. 2nd I did not know BGV automatically took the payment out of your account without notice. I received an email stating I had a subscription then 5mins later I received another message saying my subscription was canceled. Half hour later welcoming in as a new customer and took $95 from my account. I did contact BGV immediately to let them know about the situation. In my opinion Gladys, was very rude, it took a week to contact me. As well as dismissing the situation. I asked for a return label so I could return the vitamins I have just received 5 days after the incident as well as asked to cancel the subscription. Unfortunately, BGV was very dismissive which was more then disappointing. I finally received the return label and it's been two weeks since I sent the vitamins back. I reached out about the return of my $95, I have yet to hear anything from BGV. It's not about money it's the principal of the entire situation. Had not been handed so poorly i would continue getting the vitamins for my mother. The same situation happened with my sister in Columbus, and she's still waiting to hear back from them. They could have had a glitch in there system who knows. Just knowledge you're customer had a issue. Once again I do support black businesses. Just not happy with how everything was handled.
